Today is my first day of a two-week holiday ... on Sunday we fly out to distant, far-off places. For now it's making cards, drinking tea and eating yummy stuff. Today's lunch we called 'shit, the supermarket is closed, what's in the fridge?' A can of lentils, one cucumber, some hummus, some left over tabouleh, half a small block of danish feta, coriander, rocket, spinach, spring onion, some paprika and a squirt of lemon juice ... and you're done. Yum yum, pig's bum.
