I love having having a big breakfast on the weekend, it makes it feel like it's really the weekend if there's high fat content involved. Mr reread cooked this morning, he made his signature 'smashy peas' - they're the bomb. We use frozen peas and just heat them up - no need to cook as they greener they stay, the better they taste - add lemon zest and juice and mint leaves. Then add them to ricotta on toast, with some crispy prosciutto and a poached egg.
I miss having chickens as the eggs those girls used to give us were stellar eggs - the yolks were so orange and huge!
