One of the things I did really like about Bali were the drinks. I tried a papaya smoothie for the first time - it was yum. We eat a lot of red papaya with lime for breakfast, but I never really thought of is as a 'smoothie' kinda fruit. I was wrong.
I ordered a smoothie with lunch one day it was just yoghurt, honey and papaya. We gave it a burl when we got home ... we used Greek yoghurt so it was tangy but still nice. Next time I'll try a sweeter yoghurt and maybe omit the honey.
